Equishastra is an AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-318351). We provide financial planning, wealth advisory, and distribution services for mutual funds, insurance, and other financial products.

2. No Investment Advice

The calculators and tools provided on this website are for illustrative purposes only. The projections generated are based on the assumptions provided by you and do not guarantee future results. This website does not constitute a formal investment contract or legal advice. A personal consultation with our certified advisors is recommended before making significant financial commitments.

3. Third-Party Products

Recommendations for third-party products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, FDs) are made based on suitability. However, the final contract is between you and the respective institution (AMC, Insurance Company, or Bank). Equishastra acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the performance or defaults of these third-party institutions.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, Equishastra shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the information or tools on this website. Users are encouraged to verify all figures and projections.

5. Compensation Disclosure

As a distributor, we receive commission/brokerage from Asset Management Companies and Insurance providers for the products we distribute. This is disclosed to clients as per regulatory requirements.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kalyan/Mumbai, Maharashtra.
